Existing covering stripped, OSB3 or ply deck inspected, replaced where needed.

PIR insulation boards bonded to the deck where Building Regs require.

Single sheet of EPDM bonded with contact adhesive, or three coats of GRP laminated wet-on-wet.

Trims & Sign-Off

How long does an EPDM flat roof last?
EPDM has a 50+ year proven service life with minimal maintenance. Manufacturer warranties typically run 20–25 years.
EPDM or GRP — which is better?
EPDM is faster, cheaper and ideal for simple rectangles. GRP is best for complex shapes, dormers and integrated upstands. We’ll recommend the right one for your roof.
Can you re-roof over existing felt?
Only if the deck and falls are sound. Most jobs we recommend a full strip — it’s the only way to honour the manufacturer warranty.
Will you upgrade my insulation?
Yes — and Building Regs require it on most flat roof replacements. We include the PIR board and Building Control notification in your quote.
